HollaAppMe provides messaging, voice, and video features. You agree to communicate respectfully, avoid spam, and follow all applicable laws. You understand that we are not responsible for disputes between users.
If paid features or subscriptions are introduced, all payments will be handled securely by third-party providers. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel subscriptions through your account settings or app store.
Your privacy is important. Our data collection and usage follow the rules outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may collect account details, device data, location (with permission), and usage analytics. We do not sell personal information.
HollaAppMe may integrate third-party tools such as social logins, mapping services, or payment processors. We do not control or take responsibility for third-party content, policies, or actions.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, harm the platform, or misuse our services. Once terminated, your access to the Services ends immediately.
HollaAppMe is not liable for service interruptions, loss of data, user disputes, or damages resulting from misuse of the platform. You use the Services at your own risk.
